Gunnery Sergeant Asuma Franco was a member of the UNSC Marine Corps in 1st Battalion, 3rd Regiment. He was stationed aboard the UNSC Marlow when it was dispatched in the Outer colony Terra Nova following a xenomorph outbreak on the planet.
Biography[]
Franco? Franco? Dammit... Dammit!
As a member of the 1st Battalion, 3rd Regiment, Asuma Franco was part of the mission aboard the Bougainville-class destroyer UNSC Marlow when it was dispatched to the Outer colony Terra Nova. When the Marlow was destroyed by a Covenant CCS-class battlecruiser, Franco became one of the survivors. Moving towards Freyja, Franco and his squad were ordered to rendezvous with Private Amir "Bacon" Kinard, but they were attacked by xenomorphs before they could find him. Bacon was able to witness the event, only to be separated from the rest of the Marines by a tight door. When Bacon fought against a Aggressor, Franco's squad was annihilated, aside from Asuma himself, who managed to kill all the xenomorphs, only to be mortally wounded. With his last breath, Franco was able to open the door for Bacon before passing away.

Franco was equipped with an M41A/2 Pulse Rifle and a VP78 Pistol. He wore the standard issue M3 Pattern Personal Armor with a TNR shoulder lamp attachment.
