- She was born in Qurac alongside her twin brother, Rumaan, but was abducted and raised in Bialya under the name Olivia Sweeney by British mercenaries. She would go on to dictate Bialya, while Rumaan would eventually be elected President of Qurac.
- She gained her powers after coming into contact with a beehive that had been mutated by alien technology.
- She is the one who hired Deadshot to assassinate her brother, Rumaan, which led to her uniting Bialya and Qurac.
- She allows Vandal Savage and the rest of the Society to use Bialya as grounds for their criminal activities.
